This plan is basically a framework that I am developing myself to help me achieve growth in more than one area in my life.
Most of the plans and programs and personal development that I have gone through over my life has tended to focus on improving one area in small stages. The problem with this, for me, has been that I have let go of other areas of my life while I am focussing on this one problem area. So my life goes out of balance another way.
I believe that the best approach to improving your life is by looking at your life holisticly - all areas at once. This doesn't mean that you can improve everything all at once, but that you see how one area of your life might aid another area. You look at your life from physical, mental, emotional, financial, spiritual and relational perspectives and make goals and stages to improve in each one.
You are still doing this little by little, some big jumps and many small jumps. As they say - Rome wasn't built in a day. The my100plan is a framework. You still need to add your own steps in each area that you want to focus on.
This blog is about my own personal journey. I am eager for your feedback, and encourage you to look at your own life and see if this idea, this framework would work for you. Lets compare notes and see where this road takes us.
